Katherine Kuzner, M.S., M.A., E-RYT 500, RPYT
After a decade of teaching, Kat is even more passionate about offering yoga practices as embodied meditation than when she began instructing. She has taught thousands of classes, led several Yoga District teacher trainings, served as the teacher training coordinator for Shiva Rea’s Samudra School of Living Yoga, led retreats internationally, and has coached groups in the self-care habits of Ayurveda. She teaches aligned-based vinyasa flow classes as well as prenatal classes informed by her extensive training in Prana Vinyasa, restorative yoga and Ayurveda. As a new mom, Kat especially loves teaching expecting mamas yoga practices that enhance their physical, emotional and spiritual experiences of pregnancy, childbirth and life. She recently completed an M.S. in Nutrition and Integrative Health at the Maryland University of Integrative Health and specializes in Perinatal Nutrition.
